Job Description :

• Provide fast fair and competent service to our customers site
• Be jointly responsible for all equipment’s serviced by the department
• Be aware that each and every machine must be property maintained and must at all times be in good condition
• Be able to educate the operator (s) and the customer with regards to proper handling and use the machine, copy life of the consumables necessary preventive maintenance check-up etc
• Be able to immediately relay field service problems to his immediate superior and give necessary suggestion or plan of action to be taken
• Beth roughly informed about the history of every machine under his area or responsibility
• Be up to date on all his work
• Be able to develop good PR and make our customer feel our concern to their machine
• Be able to master the basic machine model and continue to study and practice with all other models as they are introduced
• Be able to give assistance to other technicians whenever assigned by his superiors
• Be able to attend his scheduled preventive maintenance calls in addition to his assigned service calls
• Follow all company policies, rules and regulations
• Complete service cards, time cards and other forms completely and accurately
• Maintain all property assigned to him (tools, equipment etc.) in best condition
• Conduct himself at all times in a manner beneficial to the company and its reputation

Requirements:

1. Maximum age 28 years old
2. Education STM/SMK In technical, mechanical or electrical engineering
3. Experience in banking machine minimum 1 – 2 years
4. English, speaking and writing
5. Computer knowledge, basic word processing
6. Work in Tasikmalaya
